How to Request a Home Visit
Please request home visits before 10.30am whenever possible. We recognise the need for some patients - for example the elderly or frail patients - to have a home visit, but do please think carefully before requesting one.
If you do require a visit, the doctor or his qualified deputy will make the decision whether to give advice over the telephone or visit.
Telephone Consultations
The doctor or practice nurse will take non urgent telephone consultations between 11.30am and 12pm.
